Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. Counter-Notification to Restore Removed Content
If you are a user of the website and the content that you submitted to APK Tot has been taken down, you may file a counter-notification that includes the information below. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our copyright agent that includes substantially the following (please consult legal counsel or refer to 17 U.S.C. Sec. 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., any judicial district in which APK Tot may be located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of infringement or an agent of such person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, APK Tot will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of copyright infringement. Please note that when we forward a valid counter-notification to that party, a copy will be sent to you as well. This allows the parties to resolve the issue independently. APK Tot will replace the removed content after 10 business days unless the original reporting party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the content on APK Tot.
Repeat Infringers
APK Tot will promptly terminate without notice the accounts of users that are determined by APK Tot to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to decide whether Content violates these Terms of Service for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as for unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, or racially or ethnically offensive Content.
